This is a dish that my husband could eat every day, because he is a big fan of potatoes. To be honest, he likes potatoes in any form. The only time you spend here is for cutting the potatoes, but that’s nothing unachievable. The quantity in the picture is for four people:
6 fresh yellow/green peppers
500 g of potatoes
1 red onion
sunflower oil
spices: salt, vegeta, pepper, oregano and dried red pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, add to it an onion, also cut into cubes, spice it and add three tablespoons of oil, mix everything. Clean the peppers from the stem and the inside, fill each with the potato mixture, put them in the tray and if you have the filling left, place it between the peppers, as it is shown in the picture. If you prefer peppers, feel free to put more peppers than potatoes, you just need to cut more potatoes. Bake for an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Pour the cooking cream or serve with sour cream or kajmak.
