With only few ingredients (read: three!) you will get the perfect cream soup that will give your body some extra vitamins, and it’s very light and easy to make. My son calls it “the green soup” because the broccoli dominates in it and gives it a nice green colour. Here’s what you need:
• 1/2 fresh cauliflower
• 1/2 fresh broccoli
• 1 small potato
• I sometimes add a handful of peas
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
• spices: salt, pepper, dill, vegeta (spice made of salt and dried vegetables)

Cook the vegetables in a liter of water, I always put less water because I like thicker soup, you can add hot water at the end if it seems to thick for your taste or you can put more cream, although it’s healthier for me to put as little as possible. When the vegetables are soft enough, take off of othe fire and add the other ingredients:

Mix it with hand mixer until the texture of the soup is creamy, check the saltyness, because I never “at first” put enough salt, and enjoy the health:)
