This is a quick cake that you don’t have to bake, and it disappears in a minute! For this one, we use only good, quality ingredients and they are not expensive, except maybe walnuts, but we don’t need too much, just 200 g. You can make it in an hour-time max, but that’s just because you have to wait for the filliings to cool down. So let’s go, these are the ingredients:
- 1 l milk
- 4 packages vanilla pudding
- 300 g of sugar (I put 21 spoons, since I put it so when I cook pudding)
- 200 g butter
- 200 g of petit beurre
- 200 g of shreded coconut
- 200 g of walnuts
- 2 bags of whipping cream powder

First you make pudding – when the milk starts to boil, add a mixture of pudding powder and sugar (mixed with water or milk) and mix on a low heat for two or three minutes, until the pudding thickens. Grind the nuts and biscuits (separately) and arrange in three containers (coconutin is in the third). Cover the pudding with a transparent foil (that way it won’t create a crust which we don’t want now) and let it cool down a little. When it cools a little bit, add butter cut into cubes and mix until you get a creamy mixture, which you then split into three parts: in each bowl put about the same amount. You mix each one well so that the mass is equal and start putting every one of them into the mold (mine was 26), but if you don’t have a round one, you can use the one you have in that moment.
The first laer is the one with the petit beurre, the next one is with the coconut, and finally the one with the nuts. Let the cake cool down completely. During this time, make whipped cream (2 bags of whipping cream mixture and 1,5 glasses of cold milk), stir for about 4 minutes with a mixer. Put the cream on top of the cake and sprinkle with grated chocolate:

It would be the best if you could leave it overnight, but, of course, many of us don’t succeed in that mission.:)
