There are days when you want to eat something sweet or anything with chocolate, but you’re on a diet and you’re fasting from sugar … suddenly, you come across something like this. I woulnd’t agree if I said that I have not tried anything better so far, which can be done in only ten minutes! For nine such beauties, you need:
1/2 cup of organic cocoa,
1/2 cup of agave syrup/maple syrup or liquid honey,
1/2 cup of coconut butter, room temperature.
Procedure: Put in a stirrer or use amixer to get a consistent mass, then add one teaspoon of this mixture into small molds that are used for muffins, add half a teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each mold, and in the end add a spoonful of chocolate one more time to cover the butter. Leave the pralines set in the freezer for 20 minutes.
