This is a dessert you can make in about twenty minutes and enjoy it when you want something sweet, from which you will not bite yourself too much, because they do not contain too much sugar and white flour.
1/2 cup oat or some other flakes, plain
1/2 cup of orange juice, sealed
1 big egg
1/2 cup of oil, I also added a spoon of coconut butter for better taste
1/2 cup of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 and 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries or some other forest fruit

Procedure: Mix the orange juice and flakes in separate bowl, let it roll for 5 minutes. In the other bowl mix eggs, oil and sugar, until it is smooth. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and add into the mixture, after adding the flakes and orange juice to that mixture. The lasst thing you mix in the batter are the raspberries, do it with a spoon, so that the raspberries are not crushed too much. This is a 12-mafin mixture so it’s great if you have 12-piece mold. Grind the mold with oil and sprinkle it with flour if you do not have paper baskets, fill with a mixture of 2/3 basket and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees C max for 25 minutes, although after 20 minutes I reduced the temperature to 170 and turn the heat off completely after five minutes, leaving the muffins in the oven for a few more minutes. When removed, sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Let it stand for a few minutes in the mold until it cools down a little. Trust me, they’re fabulous.
