Long time, no see! Finally, I’m back from my vacation and I’m sharing a very simple recipe with you. 🙂 As I promised to give my son some chocolate cream when we get home, I made pancakes last night. We don’t usually give him too much artificial sweets, but sometimes an exception should be made, which we older ones welcome.
This is the basic recipe for pancakes and you only need four basic ingredients and those you almost always have in your refrigerator:
• 2 eggs
• 200 g of flour
• 400 ml of milk
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• I always add vanilla sugar for the aroma of I’m making sweet onesA mixture of pancakes.

Pour the batter into a greasy and well-heated pan with an inconspicuous backing (one drop of oil for each pancake is enough), but do not pour too much batter because the pancake will be too thick. Turn the pan in a circle so the mixture is evenly distributed:

When a pancake begins to separate from the pan, or when the “balloons” appear as in the photo, it’s time to turn it on the other side. If you are not very fond of throwing pancakes in the air, simply do it with a fork 🙂

It’s enough to bake it for about half a minute on the other side and simply place it on a flat plate, and then repeat the procedure until you run out of the mixture. I got about 10 pancakes out of this amount, and if it is too much for you, cover the batter with a transparent foil and keep it for max. another day in the fridge.
Pancakes can be filled with any kind of spread you like, chocolate cream (like nutella), melted chocolate, any kind of jam, whipped cream, and you can add bananas, strawberries, whatever you like.
